JCI koolitaja karjääri 3. koolitusaste - kursuse juhendi kirjutamise kursus JCI Designer.
JCI Designer koolitus on intensiivne 3-päevane praktilist tööd täis koolitus, mille käigus õpitakse kasutama erinevaid põhimõtteid ja metoodikaid, kuidas ehitada üles head koolitust ja kuidas luua koolituse õhkkonda selliselt, et koolitusel osalejad suudaksid maksimaalselt edastatavat omandada.
Osalemiseks peab olema:
- läbitud JCI Presenter koolitus*.
- läbitud JCI Trainer koolitus*.
- tehtud 25 tunni ulatuses koolitusi (neist 10 tundi peaks olema kojasisesed) ning omandatud Certified Local Trainer (CLT) kvalifikatsioon (vajalikuks eeltingimuseks on praktikatundide läbimine).
- tehtud täiendava 25 tunni ulatuses koolitusi pärast CLT kvalifikatsiooni saamist.
* Presenter ja Trainer kokku on võrdväärne endise PRIME koolitusega. Need, kellel on läbitud PRIME ei pea Presenterit ja Trainerit läbima.
Kursuse ingliskeelne kirjeldus
JCI Designer, The JCI Training Designers Course, is a program of the JCI University that will prepare individuals who already have proven talent in training presentation, for a new dimension of training development.
JCI Designer uses the most advanced concepts, methods, and technology designed to create the environment to allow students to develop a new training course during the JCI Designer course. Students will work with computers and basic knowledge in Microsoft Word® and Power Point® is required. Students will start working in teams via Internet and e-mail, 30 days before the opening day of the JCI Designer course.
Qualifications to attend
To qualify to attend JCI Designer, you must be a JCI Certified Local Trainer (CLT), and must have conducted a minimum of 25 hours of training after becoming a CLT.
Course content
JCI Designer is a three-day; intensive, hands-on training course and all participants are expected to fully commit themselves to the course.
In Module 1, Determining Training Needs , you will learn how to find out what your participants know and what they need to learn to perform at a desired level.
In Module 2, Creating the Program Outline, you will work with your fellow students on the skeleton of your training program, based on the participants’ training needs determined in Module 1.
Module 3, Writing the Trainer’s Guide, will give you ideas, techniques, and tools to create the most dynamic, effective and innovative vehicle for conveying your learning program.
In Module 4, Developing Learning Activities, you will learn how to develop activities and games that create learning expectations and enhance your message.
Module 5, Producing Handouts and Manuals, looks at packages that will reinforce your training message during the session and give participants a written reference to be used in the future as needed.
In Module 6, Designing the Evaluation and Measuring Learning, you will learn how to design evaluation systems that validate your program.
